Account / Data Deletion Request
Last updated: 2026-05-26
1. Target App
Wagering Wanderer (package: com.fujibit.kakupara)
Developer: Fuji Bit Inc.
2. How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of the Firebase account (anonymous / Apple / Google sign-in) and the related leaderboard data that this app creates as part of its global leaderboard feature (v3.0 and later).
- Send an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request — Wagering Wanderer" to the address below.
- Include the following in the body:
- Your in-app player name (e.g. Wanderer#1234)
- (If linked) Your Apple ID / Google account email address (Apple's Hide-My-Email relay address is fine)
- Preferred deletion date (optional)
- We will confirm completion within 30 days.
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving the request, the following data will be removed from Google Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication.
- Firebase Authentication UID (anonymous or linked provider ID)
- Player name (
players/{uid}) - Leaderboard scores: best score / best stage / total runs / last-updated timestamp, across All-time / Daily / Weekly / Monthly periods
- Apple ID / Google account link information (if linked)
- Email address (only collected when linking with Google)
4. Retained Data & Retention Period
The following may be retained for legal compliance and support quality:
- The deletion request email itself: up to 90 days after completion
- Purchase history (managed by App Store / Google Play): subject to the store's policy (we do not retain this directly)
All other app-related data is fully deleted upon processing the request.
5. Partial Deletion (Account Kept)
If you want to reset scores or player name without deleting the account, send a request to the same email with the subject "Data Deletion Request — Wagering Wanderer" and specify what to delete.
6. Deleting Local Data on Your Device
Data stored on your device (best record, lifetime stats, unlocked badges, ticket balance, IAP entitlements, etc.) can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling does not affect the Firebase leaderboard records — to remove your records from the leaderboard, follow the procedure in section 2.
